A user-centred approach to redesigning the future Hutt City Library experience
Co-Design workshops give teams and organisations insight into the experience design process and aid in solving business problems using design thinking. Depending on the purpose of the individual workshops, tools and activities include empathy conversations with the target audience, rapid ideation, creating user personas and prototyping potential solutions.
My role and tasks
As part of my work with StudioC, I develop a workshop agenda that responds to the clients brief and desired outcomes for the individual workshops. I then create a range of suitable activities - I am responsible from start to finish, developing the design through to getting all files print ready.
During the workshops, I facilitate the activities, support the individual groups and workshop participants and act as a supporting role for presentations.
