Ernest Adams is a New Zealand based company that produces biscuits and other baked goods available in most supermarkets. We were asked to analyse Ernest Adams' current position in the market, determine relevant macro trends, and research the company's history, traditions and values. Based on these findings, a rebranding was developed: Sarah's Bikkies.
The packaging reflects the brand's story of simplicity and modesty while maintaining a sense of vibrancy and playfulness. References to New Zealand and the use of Kiwi slang makes Sarah's Bikkies familiar, friendly and relatable.
